Percy calls the President of the United States that he will set off of a nuclear explosion if his demands are not meet. Percy is already aiming the government and that cannot be avoided since he has the power to do it. Who will have to stop him? Then that would be Nikita and the rest. They have done a lot of things that will defeat Percy and thus the plan is set. It is Nikita and Michael head after one and Sean and Alex look for the other.
