A lot of things have happened and in fact Nick is now the one that is being targeted by the creatures. He was a man who was destined to be the Grimm and thus he is the one task to capture them. Juliette discovers about a brutal murder and Nick makes it to the scene. There are a lot of things that they need to understand but and Nick had figured out who is the enemy. He realized that it was a friend of Monroe and suffering from a condition that it cannot go back to its human form. This is a bad thing for Monroe to learn. They are convinced that they need to take him to a therapist. Watch Grimm Season 1 Episode 21, the therapist has the medicine but it will have some side effects. The investigation takes some turn when Hank sees something that he can’t explain.
