Many have wished for immortality, in fact all throughout the course of history of human race many had dedicate their life in search for the elixir that would make human immortal. But what if we are all become immortal? What if no one no one on Earth dies? What is society going to do if that happens? These questions are about to be answered on the return of the UK hit TV series Torchwood: Miracle Day.

Torchwood: Miracle Day is actually the fourth season of the Torchwood, a British science fiction television series. Torchwood is a spin-off from the long-running show Doctor Who. The Torchwood: Miracle Day is the first Torchwood series that will be aired and shot on US. It was originally called The New World.

According to Russell T Davies, the creator and executive producer of Torchwood: Miracle Day, and I quote “the show is very much the next step. It’s not a new version, it’s not a reboot. We’re simply moving countries”. Series main writer Jane Espenson clarified further, describing the series as strictly “a continuation of the UK show”.

The Torchwood: Miracle Day episodes will be broadcasted on BBC One in UK, Space in Canada and will be aired on Starz in the US. The Torchwood Series 4 will premiere on July 8, 2011 on Starz in the US, and July 14, 2011 on BBC1 in the UK. Ten episodes had been confirmed to be aired for this season.
